Product Introduction: HB explosion-proof electric hoist is a reasonably structured, conveniently assembled, and superior-performing electric hoist. Its lifting capacity is Gn=0.5-16t, with a lifting height of 6m-18m, an ambient temperature below +40℃, and a working system of 25%. It is a lightweight crane equipment. This product is widely used in flammable, explosive, acid, alkali, plating, and gas mixture explosion-proof occasions. High-temperature solutions and overloading are prohibited. It also meets the requirements of GB10222-2001 "Explosion-proof Steel Wire Rope Electric Hoist" and GB 6067.1-2010 "Safety Rules for Lifting Appliances" standard.

Technical Features: Three-in-one transmission system, electrical contactless and spark-free module speed control, capable of achieving micro-speed and dual-speed proximity frequency conversion functions, ensuring particularly smooth operation, lifting, and jogging. Equipped with overload alarm, anti-skew and anti-oblique lifting, anti-hook impact secondary protection, phase loss and overcurrent protection, etc. The control console (handle) uses 12V safe voltage, achieving multi-functional protection for the single-beam hoist. The electric control can be used for up to "2 million" cycles when the voltage is within 380V±5% to 380V±10%.
