①The installation location of the ladder for the gantry crane is arranged at the rigid support leg.

② The width of the stair tread is: 600mm.

③ Main ladder rung: Constructed with 3mm thick plates stacked to form a channel shape. Alternatively, 12-gauge round steel can be used immediately.

④ Step treads: Made by folding edges of 3mm thick checkered plates. The short edge is about 5mm high.

⑤ There are guardrails on both sides of the ladder. It is made of wire casing.

⑥ The design scheme for the contact area between the ladder and the support leg includes a rubber support with a height of 100-150mm. The rubber support is welded with 12-gauge round steel. Generally, there are 3-4 rubber supports.

⑦ There is no guardrail at the entrance to the driver's cab. On the other side of the ladder, there is a guardrail along the main structure, which extends all the way to the end.

⑧ Enter the driver's cab service platform and look up to a height of 1600-1800mm. There is a door handle. It is used for the driver to quickly grab onto when stepping from the ladder to the driver's cab service platform. Purpose: safety.

The spacing between steps of a staircase is set according to ergonomic requirements. It is generally 250-300mm.
