Product Introduction: HB explosion-proof electric hoist is a reasonably structured, conveniently assembled, and superiorly performing electric hoist. With a lifting capacity of Gn=0.5-16t, a lifting height of 6m-18m, an ambient temperature below +40℃, and a working system of 25%, it is a lightweight crane equipment. This product is widely used in flammable, explosive, acidic, alkaline, plating, and gas mixture explosion-proof environments. It is prohibited to use high-temperature solutions and overload. It also meets the requirements of GB10222-2001 "Explosion-proof Steel Wire Rope Electric Hoist" and GB 6067.1-2010 "Safety Rules for Lifting Appliances" standard.

Technical Features: Three-in-one transmission system, electrical contactless and spark-free module speed control, capable of achieving micro-speed and dual-speed proximity frequency conversion functions, ensuring particularly smooth operation, lifting, and jogging. Equipped with overload alarm, tilt and skew prevention, secondary protection against hook impact, phase loss and overcurrent protection, etc. The control console (handle) uses 12V safe voltage, achieving multi-functional protection for the hoist single beam. The electric control can be used for up to "2 million" cycles when the voltage is within 380V+5~-10%.
